Sushi Cooking Class

Yesterday I took part in a sushi cooking class, which my boyfriend arranged me as a surprise. The class took about 3 hours and in fact I learnt a lot about Japanese traditions and their cuisine. Not to forget that I could also practice my Spanish a bit since the course was held in Spanish. It came to me as a big surprise how delicate and somewhat complex the rice cooking process actually is...However, I did get inspired to try some new techniques and for sure this weekend I will make some Makis at home.
