Pinchos

Most of you know that eating tapas is very common in Spain. One form of this tradition originates from Northern Spain and it is called Pinchos. These little toothpick bites are usually eaten at bars next to a drink or two. A typical pincho consists of a small slice of bread with a variety of toppings. Personally, I really like this tradition and it is a nice way to have a little break after walking in the city or even after a work day. Last time we tried a drink called Tinto de Verano and I can highly recommend it. You should try mixing red wine with Fanta Limon!
